To confirm an appointment for winterizing, we must have:

1.  Your information already on file

2.  You to turn OFF the water to the sprinkling system

3.  Access to your timer OR the valve box(es) need to be exposed

4. You to fill out and submit this form

We will then perform the winterization service according to our 2011 schedule.
